Semester Grades!

This is how I did this semester:

Theory/Counterpoint/Piano: B+ (I had a bad test grade somewhere in the mix (76 on the 2nd one...fuck Parallels! Though according to Wykoff I rocked the Theory Final with an 87 so I am happy)
Sightsinging/Dictation: A
QC Chorus: A
Music001: A+ (with an A+ on my Beatles analysis. Mind you, I handed that paper in a MONTH late)
Intro to Dance: B (because I'm poor and was only able to go to 1 dance performance. However, Group project we scored an A!!)

Semester GPA: 3.575

So, this means that my Cumulative average (between Fall Semester and this semester) is 3.237 (Originally calculated this wrong...oh well..)

then yayness! our system is pretty much inexpainable 'cause it differs also from other systems like those people who study languages or economics. it's kinda odd, really!

You go girl! I spent yesterday reviewing all of my student's (I do advising) grades and checking in with those who had f's and d'. It;s nice to hear about A's a B's after that. :-) I graduated with a 3.2 something GPA. Anything above a 3.0 is something to be damn proud of in my book.

Sweeeet :) I'm hoping to graduate with a GPA above a 3... I mean, I've been going to college since Fall 2001 (I've gone insane...I learned my lesson though: Never transfer schools if you can help it!).

Advising? Oy...I give you a lot of credit. I'd want to hang people if I was an advisor.
