National Wear Red Day

Today, I am wearing red in remembrance of my grandfathers who both died of heart disease and for my father who survived numerous heart attacks that he didn't even know about and went through emergency quadruple bypass surgery FOUR years ago. He only has half of a heart nowadays, but he is doing well.

Yes. The front half is all scar tissue from the heart attacks.
