Monday's Dinner

So, tonight was awesome!! Brian picked me up and we went to Fort Henry to cook dinner. With Brian's help, I made a very tasty vegetable stir-fry type thing. Yummy. We cooked for Nolan, Creepy Greg, and Cataro. They all enjoyed the tastiness of which was our cooking. Kick ass!! :-D

Vegetables/Herbs used:

Garlic
Onions
Bell Peppers of all colors
Zucchini
Snow Peas
Broccoli
Asparagus
Parsley
Random assortment of spices

Pasta used:
Garlic & Herb Pasta
Spinach & Chive Pasta
Fire-Roasted Vegetable Ravioli (Fresh pasta)

So, once again, plans to go to Westchester on Saturday have been squashed. ::shrug:: I'm not holding my breath. We haven't seen these people in atleast a Decade. Meh...whatever.
