bonnie_rocksI just received 2 letters in the mail from Edfinancial Services postmarked July 23rd. The letters, written July 17th, state that Direct Loans will now be handled by them AS OF JULY 12th. The problem with this is that my Direct Loan payment is due on the 28th, and I sent out my check on the 23rd, and the bill was postmarked to me ON THE 12th! One would think that it would be sent with the new billing information, right? So help me if it gets lost in the mail and I end up incurring late fees because of their incompetence!
