* Been fired from a job? Yes
Back when I worked at Camp Wonderland at the Suffolk Y, I actually had 3 jobs: Camp counselor, Specialist Assistant, and AM extended day counselor. One morning, 5 weeks in, A higher up was making her rounds during AM extended. At the time, only 1 child had shown up and was just getting settled (there were 8 counselors in the room at the time). Myself and my friend Lauren were both pulled aside and fired from our AM positions...why? Because the moment she came in, we had our backs turned to the child. It was a G-d awful job anyway (we were paid for the entire summer $475... I shit you not. Would have been $575 if we weren't fired from AM. Pittence.)
* Done something you told yourself you wouldn't? Yes
I have done many things I told myself I wouldnt, and have NO regrets in the choices I made :)
* Had a close brush with death (your own)? Yes
When I was attending Stony Brook, I was held at knife point by the one-night Stand turned stalker named Bill. If not for what my friend Michael taught me while I was working at HPP, I'd likely not be here right now.
* Been pushed into a pool with all your clothes? Yes
I had some really mean friends. Luckily, this was before cell phones became part of my life, so nothing got ruined.
* Seriously & intentionally boycotted something? Yes

* Been on TV? Yes
While attending Stony Brook, I was part of the Stony Brook Chorale. We performed at the Reckson Center (2 weeks after they changed from EAB) for the Tree Lighting December 2005. It was televised on News 12. We had a lot of fun doing it, despite freezing our asses off! Turned out, that was the last year they did a televised Tree Lighting.
* Had surgery? Yes
Tonsilectomy 2 weeks before my 21st birthday. IT SUCKED!!!
* Killed an animal when not hunting? Yes
Many many insects!
* Been in handcuffs? Yes
Actually, does that *really* need to be explained? ;)
* Been in a straitjacket? Yes
For a magic trick. I was the audience member brought up.
* Confronted a fear, only to have it become something you would then love? Yes
Driving. I will have my license soon enough!
