Obama invested money in green companies where even the ACCOUNTANTS warned they were going to go belly up within 6 months. They took the money Obama gave them then declared bankruptcy. That's what Romney meant about Obama only picking losers.
The thing about the Pipeline was that Warren Buffett owns the railroad lines and the pipeline would put the tankers that use the line to transport the oil out of business. So Obama approved the southern part. The part SOUTH of where those trainlines are and then said "we need to look into the affects to nature (i forget the wording) on the northern part. That was 2 years ago.
